gonna copy my post from the other thread because its probably more appropriate here

Brent Venables is the fire behind that team.

dabo let deshaun watson do his thing in the second half, but if not for Venables that game would gotten ugly quick.

Clemsons D-Line lost #99 and that killed them, but they started the game with a 3 and out and forced 2 or 3 punts in the 4th quarter also

Bama scored 31, but clemson didnt give up when they went down 24-14. they got 3 stops in a row and clemson took a 28-24 lead

I would too. He'll be paid top 5+ money and be the next Bobby Bowden if he wins another.

Hell might not have to win another and be Bob Stoops 2.0.

Great life without Bama psycho level pressure that will exist post-Saban.

I think he has the chance to be the big man on campus at Clemson. I don't think he leaves now.
