You'd be wrong. Name a staff with multiple 20 game winners. There aren't any. Pitching is the most negatively impacted followed by defense.

20 game winners is a poor metric since starters are pitching fewer innings. Batting averages (which are way down) and strikeouts (which are way up) are much better indicators how much pitchers are so far ahead of hitters. Hell, MLB was even considering drastic rule changes that haven't taken place in half a century like moving the pitcher's mound back a foot and making the bases bigger.

But college baseball is semi-retarded with the bats and balls, just a grown up Little League and nobody really watches it.
You ever noticed that when the fans come out, the teams tend to be good? Funny how that works

Okay, name a team with two quality starters.

Brewers

Astros
Marlin
Yankees
Padres
Braves
Mariners
A's
Diamondbacks
All of those teams have 2 or more qualified starters in the top 40 of ERA leaders. Which is 3.75 or better.
ETA: Phillies, Blue Jays, and Giants as well.
And this doesn't include the Mets because Walker isn't qualified yet and two top 5 SPs (Degrom and Scherzer) have been hurt.

The entire college World Series has had one game that was closer than four runs. Not a great year to be claiming it is superior product.

Standards have really been lowered. No way those teams have more than one option if all is on the line in a game seven.
Yankee fan here, I haven't seen an October arm in six years on this staff.
