More often than not the teams that "travel" the best are just the teams with the largest fanbases. That's why you see the historically great teams like Kentucky basketball, Bama football and the Steelers with fans at all games.

When the Final Four was in Houston in 2011, I saw tons of blue tees all over town.

same with Nola a few years ago. It wasn't even close. UK travels better than any CBB team.

At the NCAA regionals here in Jacksonville, there were UK fans EVERYWHERE. Probably more UK fans than half the teams actually playing at the venue.
