The Big Ten isn't as easy to win in as it was just a few years ago. James Franklin, Mark Dantonio, Urban Meyer, and Jim Harbaugh have all contributed to improving the league. Harbaugh will be OK as long as he can start beating Ohio State once in awhile.

Lol at anyone trying to protect Harbaugh from criticism. He brings it on himself more than any other coach in the country and it isn't close.

Fwiw I don't think he's done a bad job, but he certainly deserves some criticism.

That isn't what I did.

He's in his third year, and people are already talking about firing him. He won 10 games each of his first two years, and could win 10 again this year.

Michigan fired Rich Rodriguez after three seasons and got Brady Hoke out of that. I don't need to explain why that was a terrible decision.

Harbaugh is going to have time, and he can certainly make Michigan a top team again. He deserves criticism, but pump the brakes on finding the next coach at Michigan.

Where did I say he should be fired???

He is just WAY overpaid for the results Mich fans are getting....

His offense is boring and predictable.. He doesn't have the speed he needs to win the Big Ten....

No one is suggesting he should be fired. Where is that mumbo jumbo coming from?

He's being paid Saban dollars to compete a Brady Hoke levels. That's the criticism

wrong, especially on the defense. harbaugh has said that this defense is the fastest he's ever coached on the college level, including last year. not the best D, but the fastest. offensively, we have the speed at RB in Higdon and Evans, but they're not tough, between the tackle runners IMO

the offense isn't predictable, so much as it is devoid of talent and experience. the one good thing about the game yesterday is that Peters, if he makes a full recovery, is more than capable of a being a very good QB. just need to find a good WR, and upgrade the OL at a couple of places

The media in Ann Arbor was busy defending Harbaugh from being fired a couple weeks ago. That wasn't pulled from thin air.

Why does this board shite on harbaugh but not attack jimbo?

A. Jimbo has rings. Harbaw does not.
B. Harbaw sleeps over with teenage boys. Jimbo does not.
C. Jimbo is a better coach.
D. Jimbo is a better recruiter.
E. Jimbo doesn't come off as creepy. Harbaw is a creep.
F. Jimbo doesn't walk around like there's a corn cob up his arse. Harbaw does.

Pains me to stick up for a Nole, but let's be real here. Jimbo is twice the coach that Harbaw will ever be.

Gotcha

I see Jim leaving before he gets fired

Honestly, he just doesn't seem interested in coaching on that sideline. Maybe he just has health issues or something but he just seems disinterested to me.

I agree. I think he'll just go back to the NFL eventually.

Harbaugh has been going into the south and getting players That's partially why this board hates him You see, the typical white southern sec fan thinks they "own" black players and have a right to keep them on the SEC plantations The rules against summer camps is essentially a fugitive slave law Harbaugh and Meyer are basically Harriet Tubman and white Southern fans do not like that They view 4 and 5 star black players as their property

Yes it is .. and NOT effective enough for A coach getting paid THAT much money.. Yesterday was A prime example of how mediocre Michigan is... They have A decent D[Against Big Ten teams]... This guy is in his third year and could end up losing 5 games.... Sorry but that is FAILURE..............

1) Strength of schedule not counting, wisky has the best D in the country.

2) Peters is a RS freshman, starting his 3rd game. he was the 3rd string QB at the beginning of the year. not sure how flashy you want the offense to be, considering that UM was not only winning, but controlling the game, up until he got hurt
