He blew it last year, that was his chance with a roster full of upperclassmen. This team right now is a mess. He has to clean house with his offensive staff.

let's also add in harbaughs salary, his gimmicks, and the fact in 3 years he still doesnt have a QB, and his offense is trash.
Horrendous ROI for Michigan University.
You can get coaches to finish 3rd in the division for a lot cheaper
