Needed less than a yard and he jumped over the line. Destrehan must've had a hell of a push, which is possible as big as they were. Very talented team.

They destroyed at the line of scrimmage on that play to be honest.

Not saying this proves anything, just a pic of the play.

That was about a half yard shy of the 1st. They needed almost 2 yards for that conversion. That's as close as he got for sure. After he landed and tried to give it a go again, he was no where near. It was still short. The shot was right down the line of scrimmage and he never got there. I'd like to see a still shot of the last 4th down play. That one was much closer.

He needed to get to the 28 yard line and this is as close as he ever got. I watched the play over and over and paused it at the most optimal moment and this is the closest he ever got. It looks at least 1/2 yard short. After this moment, he landed and never got back to this point on his 2nd effort. The refs left foot at the top of the screen appears to be right on the spot of the ball here.

This one is much closer. The runner needs the 26 yard line and it appears he is right on it. Consider this though, this is the furthest point he advanced, he's running towards the sideline and not up the field, and the ball is in his right hand tucked. It's hard to tell from the angle if he got there or not. The spot being made by the refs left foot at the top of the screen is really close. It does seem a tad behind the runner, but that could be skewed based on the angle we are viewing the play. I mean, they measured it and it was about as close as it could be. His left foot makes the mark, his helmet makes the mark, but we can't see the ball.

2 different 4th down plays on consecutive West Monroe drives that ended as turnover on downs.

Great game by both teams. When I saw Destrehans defense at the beginning, I said West Monroe had no chance. It was crazy to see them get the running game cranked up in the second half. How can that ref look down the line and not give him that first down? I saw the ref run out and have his foot where momentum stopped and then move the ball back a half a yard. Of course there was no guarantee that WM would have scored but they were rolling on offense and it appeared likely.

West Monroe put up over 400 yards of off. Destrehan had not played anyone all year as physical as the Rebels. The def was worn out. That bad call on forth down more than likely cost the game.
