M's are up 1-0 in the 8th
Detroit loses. Cleveland pulls within within 3.5 and Astros are a game behind for the 2nd seed.
Boston is currently losing in the 8th, Astros would be a game clear of them in the 2nd wild card.

Can't make this up, Seattle scored their 2nd run because they challenged if the fielders feet were on the outfield grass on a routine ground ball.
They won the challenge, then JP Crawford hit a two out RBI 2B.

Saw that. Crazy sequence. And then to score on a hit n run that took the 1B off the bag. Would've ended the inning

Seattle is due to revert back to the mean and tomorrow would be a good time to start.
I have said all along that I think they are too streaky to last over the long haul. Too many strikeouts in their lineup. Too many games where they can be held down by good pitching.

Gross that 4 of the last 6 games have later than 8:30 pm start times.
