No. DT was actually Chip Kelly's Pet. They were tight. Also our whole team revolved around him, as our system revolves around our QB to be it's point guard. This news will hit Oregon fans as a total shock. I myself did not here this externally, but on this site first just now.
I agree. The NFL will really not want him. And to others, you were right. Though he can run some, he is a slow runner. As a passer he can be on, or off. And last year he was worse then the year before-his first year starting.
Too sad. Though we have a great Backup,BB- who can easily run the show, and some other Backups behind him, he really should of played another year. He still had lots to work on. He may indeed not get drafted. Too sad. Probably a agent pushing him with a poor family in Houston needy as well.

You inbreds are acting like Darron Thomas= JJ or something. Go check the stats and then come back and talk. DT was a pretty great CFB player for us in our system. He may not translate as a great NFL player, but for our system he was pretty good.
I find it ironic seeing LSU fans laughing at DT when you had the worst College QB out there in JJ.
Darron Thomas had the 2nd most passing yards in a Natty. If he had 3 more yards he would be 1st. But how did JJ do last Monday vs Bama?

Exactly. Why are people talking about him like he's JJ or something.
The guy threw 33 tds to 7ints last year. He threw 30 tds the year before. He only ran for 200 yards...so why are people saying he's going to play WR/TE? He's afraid of contact. Please dont stereotype him as a great athlete cause he's black. The white backup QB is more athletic than him.

You fricking retard, they're laughing because he'll amount to absolutely nothing in the NFL if anyone even takes a chance on him. No one ever tried to say JJ was better or would be a better NFL QB. You obviously have no reading comprehension.
Oregon's system is great for him, but the majority of the NFL doesn't like his style.

Yep.
I mean its ok to question the decision, its ok to think he wont be a great pro. But there is a lot venom in this thread for a guy who threw 60+ tds the last 2 years.

DT was actually a great leader for us. He worked his arse off. He took many hits and proved to be a really bruiser even though he is built like a toothpick. He is not all too bright, when you hear him talk. But he is genuine and has a nice personality. He was never big headed, not one single bit, unlike JJ- who thought he was superman and had his team on his back- though was truly a terrible QB and leader and a true Warped headed THUG. DT was a quiet kid. He liked to keep to himself. And he did not pump himself(unlike JJ). He came all the way out here and put in 4 hard years of work if you include his 2nd year redshirt year. And he proves to be a excellent point guard for our system.
He comes from a very poor family in Houston. I think he should stay another year. But he wants to try and help out his family. Quit mocking the guy. He is my QB and he is a good guy and a great team player. He is the very opposite personality as your JJ. But how would you like it if I mocked your QB Lee? Is not he going pro too? Personally I really like your Lee, but how would you like it if I mocked him?

Lee did choose to go pro early like a retard. I really hope he got some sort of degree in something besides general studies. I think everyone around the nation is dumb founded by it. People were loling just as much when shep was thinking of turning pro earlier in the week on the rant. Do practice squad guys really make that much so he can support his family?
