A buddy of mine got into this debate...Who do yall think is better? Don't throw out that 2000 yd season BS that was 2 years ago. I'm talking skill-set as a COMPLETE RB. Personally I'm taking McFadden. Give your argument for now or overall

el tigre said mcfadden would never do anything because he has bird legs.

McFadden has both the size and speed. If he could stay healthy the past couple of years, he would easily be top 2 in the league skill wise as a total package (other being AP)

DMAC is the most skilled rb i may have ever seen
he is a fricking thumper with freakish speed
cj has freakish speed without the thumping..
hell dmac has been having a sore shoulder. no shite his shoulder is sore, been laying the wood on people!! unreal where his confidence has soared too

McFadden. It seems like CJ2K just wanted to get paid because he is on declining in production. He's hitting the whole tip-toeing, and it looks like he's not wanting to take anymore hits. The Titans wasted way to much money on him. I hope he doesn't fall off the planet, in terms of production as a starting RB, like Larry Johnson did a couple years back. He was run to death in his years at Penn State, and also at KC.

They both have proved the misconceptions that surrounded them pre draft wrong. McFadden's skinny legs and upright running style was suppose to flounder in the NFL while CJ was considered a part time back because of his size.
I'd take McFadden, I think he has the better chance of holding up over a longer period of time compared to CJ. When CJ starts losing his speed, his game will take a sharp dip in production. McFadden's abilities are more well rounded IMO, although his aforementioned running style could result in him getting banged up in the long run...

Plus, it's not like CJ2K is THAT much faster than McFadden. I know Chris ran like a 4.24 at the combine, but McFadden also ran like a 4.33. Both have blazing speed, but McFadden has the body to hold up when he finally starts slowing down.

Funny how quickly perceptions change. Just 2 years ago, McFadden had already been labeled another Raiders bust. Just last year Chris Johnson was hands down the best RB in the league.

yall are practically saying everything I was. No questioning AP as the #1 RB in the game tho but i think McFadden can be considered #2 or #3 all around.
