Aren't they playing Virginia Tech first this year? I mean, i understand where he is coming from. But, you have to play the teams that are on your schedule. That is all that you can do.

Part of his argument is Boise isn't going on the road to play top notch teams... they want home and aways and the money making programs are not going to travel to Idaho to play in front of a stadium less than half the size of a big college stadium

does that include south carolina and arkansas beating them several times last decade?

I can't decide if Arky and USCe qualify as good teams

Well, it's true. Everything he's saying is true. He said it just now:

Boise has seven straight weeks where the play 0 NFL caliber lineman. He said LSU has, talent wise, 7 NFL caliber lineman alone.

You can't look past that with them. It's a joke to see them ranked that high. They have a great program, but it's still a joke.

He didn't break it down and I didn't feel like going back through their schedule to see. I'm guessing so.

Yes, he just mentioned their loss to Arky. 6-7 against BCS teams since 2002. Roughly 46%.

At least he is showing LSU some love..

But according to most.. Boise recruits weren't highly recruited either.. Guess Peterson and his staff can develop players

This is exactly my point. If I was a homer who didn't know anything about teams outside the SEC I wouldn't already know that Boise NEVER puts up big points against decent to good teams.

You are now backtracking from 2 plus tds to 2 tds. I have $50G I'd bet you with LSU getting 14, but everyone on this board and thread knows you wouldn't be willing just as much as everyone knows you are an idiot.

I was merely pointing out your idiocy to yourself because it has been my life's experience that idiots often are unaware that they are.

Meh, I don't want to get into that BS argument. But really, BS doesn't have as many NFL players either.

MAYBE if he's including both defensive and offensive

Uh, ok. He's saying NFL caliber. Not future NFLers.

They definitely didn't play well against Oregon, no denying that. However to put our defense in the same category as TCU's is ridiculous.

Explain their whooping by UGA, their 6-7 record against BCS opponents. It's a joke, dude. Just admit it.

VTEch is the ONLY team they will play all year. You do understand if Vtech turns out to be overrated, they will go to a NC if the remain undefeated?
No they won't.

I think Boise would go 11-1 if they had Nebraska's schedule..

And remember what happened to the 1-loss BIG 12 north team when there was a 2-loss team in the BCSNCG?

Boise State does not deserve to play in the NC game even if they go undefeated. Look I hate Bama but if they play Utah a week later after losing in the Sugar Bowl they spank that arse.

I agree... Boise doesnt have many players that will play in the NFL...

So it doesnt matter if they play teams 7 weeks in a row W/ out NFL talent.. They are in the same boat

You got me wrong.. I wasn't saying we were as good as TCUs D.. Just stating that BSU doesnt put up a lot of points against quality teams.. I dont think we would have given up more than 24 last year though
