How many people bitch about the Cowboys playing in a devision with the Giants, Eales and Skins?

So their neighbor TCU took a page from their book, right?

yeah i don't get it either. La Tech is in the WAC. UTEP is in Conference USA along with Marshall, UCF, East Carolina, etc..

it's not a big deal.

I didn't realize TCU had long standing rivalries with Rutgers, Piit and WVU

In the Mnt West, they went to Utah, Wyoming, Cali....long trips too. They said on the news last night it would mean slightly less travel for them.

Only difference between the Cowboys and TCU is a national fan base for the cowboys and a pretty small fan base for the frogs.

In defense of the move, they are joining a conference with eight other schools who are affiliated with the Church.

Exactly. People don't realize how isolated TCU already is in the Mountain West, and it wouldn't be getting easier had the Frogs stayed put. With Reno, Boise, and Fresno being added to the map in lieu of Provo and Salt Lake City, the MWC will be more spread-out than the future Big East.

I think its a good move for them, I find it funny that people are so bothered when a conference or division is not perfectly geographically correct.

Dallas, Philly, NYFG and Wash want to be in the same division fine with me. Why does it bother people that its called NFC East, just because there are 4 teams further east than Dallas?

I don't whether to thank you for saying I made a good point or be mad that you think I stole from Mike and Mike.

If Nebraska and Penn State can be in the same conference as well as La tech and Nevada, anything is possible.

LSU and Knoxville are 700 miles apart.
Miami is in the ACC with Boston College.

and Ames Iowa is not near College Station.
