I think Saban has absolutely no guiding principles except winning.
He’s not a good person to be emulating.
I’m thankful that Dabo is pushing back, and I hope Clemson and its fans are patient with him.
I hope that Kelly focus on character and education in addition to athletic ability and that we are patient with him at LSU.

What does this have to do with anything? Student athletes have exactly the same rights as all other students to transfer and get their education wherever they please and can get accepted.
Previously the rules for transferring and then playing sports were set by the governing athletic body in the interest of competition. They can and should be able to set whatever rules they want for that, and no matter what the rules are (unless they somehow forced people to participate), it won’t be a violation of anyone’s rights.
