Didn't really read what anyone said but your posture isn't great but its not horrible. You posture is causing you to come inside then loop over to top a bit

It's playable for sure

1. hold your follow through
2. your upswing is well above optimum swing plane
3. get a little more of an impact spine angle...you're too upright

otherwise looks good to me

Why is there no lag created in your swing?

1) your take away is inside and below your swing plane right off the bat.

2) but you actually get back on plane at the top of your swing. You set it nicely. Can't tell for sure but the club face looks square.

3) unfortunately you are coming slightly over the top on the downswing causing a chopping motion. Hence the huge divots.

You either pull it dead left or slice it, amirite?

Good point about the lag. That will eliminate the over the top.

Here's an example of good lag. Also, watch videos of Ben Hogan. Best ever at creating lag. You want to envision on keeping that wrist angle on the downswing as long as possible and pinching the ball...creating those bacon strip divots. Easier said than done, but that gives you something to work on.

You play straight or fade the way it looks. As long as you are consistently placing the ball in the fairway and green there isn't much to change. Im not a believer in overhauling a swing unless you play a shitload of golf. Still, I bet you have days when you leak the shite out the ball.

Something looks way off with your grip to me and leads to a lot of other odd looking positions for you. Is that a 10 finger grip?

Anyway as others have already said just work on your setup fundamentals at this point. Stance, posture, and grip. See a pro if you don't know what those should be.

just looked at it on the computer...

5. keep some bend in your right knee in the backswing, that may be causing your left heel to be lifting up.

6. you swing the club WAYYYYYYYYY too far inside on the initial take-away. keep the club head going outside your toes on the way back, which should keep you from casting and coming over the top also.
