It has taken him 95 games to get 133. He'd have to do 50% better

If he played in an additional 20 or so playoff games, maybe, but those don't count, right?

Altuve would be doing well to break his own single season record of 225 hits. If he keeps up his hits per game pace for the first 95 games, and plays every game, he'll finish with 226 hits.

If you give him the benefit of the doubt and say he focused on hits and hits only, not walks or sacrifices, you could argue he's going to get another 109 hits (Current PAs/G * 67 games remaining * .357 BA). That still leaves him at 242.

No.

In order to do so, he would have to average a streak that would not only break the hit streak record by 11 games, but he would have to do so in such a manner that almost every game resulted in a multi-hit game.

He is good, but not that good.
