With a win tonight, the Saints’ Sean Payton and Drew Brees pass Don Shula and Dan Marino for the 2nd-most regular-season wins by any head coach-QB duo in the Super Bowl era with 117. Bill Belichick and Tom Brady rank first with 205.

Round of applause for such sustained high level performance

Wow. Patrick and Drew might as well get comfortable because they aren't catching Tom and Bill.

Must be nice to have spent your entire career in a division with the Bills, Dolphins and Jets

Big Ben and Tomlin have to be right there as well, right? Tomlin has 124 wins and Ben has been the QB his entire tenure.

Also they should add playoffs to this, which makes the Brady-Belichick record even more absurd. It's so stupid they don't. I had to smile when the Patriots released a statement a few weeks after Brees set the record congratulating Brady on breaking Manning's "record" for most total passing yards including playoffs.

Tomlin and Roethlisberger are in 110's. I can't find exact number. They could end up with more than Payton and Brees by the end of their careers.

This is one of the most understated facts of the NFL.

Not saying the Pats weren't great or didn't take advantage of the cards they were dealt, but they were pretty much guaranteed a playoff spot every year and a first round home game by default...every single year.

Meanwhile, you have situations where an 11-5 saints team has to travel to 7-9 seattle because the NFC South is competitive 90% of the time.
