I would say yhe Browna are going full regard. But they have actually already been that for a while.

I could get interviewing her to be like, President of the franchise or something, but head coach?

She actually knows football and is the daughter of a coach who paid attention to what her father did (as another poster pointed out). Read he post regarding the situation. She has effectively removed her name from consideration and suggested that hiring women is a good idea but they need to start as assistants and get experience before consideration as head coach.
