Ching with a golden opportunity only to kick it right to the goalie...what the hell is he in there for?

A striker who brings little, and has no scoring touch. Am I missing something?

This U.S. team will get slaughtered by the big boys of the sport. Dramatic improvement is needed for 2010

The Fenerbahce-Galatasaray derby had 16 minutes of stoppage time two years ago.

The goalie was literally down for 4 minutes tonight. 7-8 minutes seemed to fair to me. Nice comeback, but it's always disappointing to see Ching starting over Jozy and Kenny Cooper.

was Cooper even in the team tonight?

I'm pretty sure he wasn't but I never saw the actual list.

I love watching him play and really wish he'd get more time.

No, the forwards were Donvoan, Altidore, Ching, and Eddie Johnson. Also, for some reason, they listed Dempsey as a forward.

Cooper is better than both Johnson and Ching. I see no reason why Johnson should be chosen, considering his last good stretch was back in 2006 Qualifying.

SFP, full disclosure about the Istanbul derby, there was a mini-riot where the Galatasary fans ripped apart their chairs and threw them at the Fenerbahce players. That probably contributed to 8 or 9 minutes

what's so enticing about Ching? He's not adventurous in his runs and his quality on the ball is below average.

If it's his size then Cooper has him beat there and better ability in the air. It's pretty confusing.

As I said earlier, there is no explanation other than the possibility that Ching has some very incriminating photos of Bradley.

Probably similar to the photos Peveto had of Les.

I only caught the end, I'll watch the rest later. Torres and Hejduk looked good. Altidore got a goal, he's a pure striker it's what he does.
