Please just let this shite happen. I'm sick of seeing this or any other similar thread with Howard to another team.

This is starting to become incredibly annoying.

Me saying I don't think it will happen doesn't mean I am bothered by it. It's just my opinion that i don't think it is going to happen.
Like I said earlier, even if the Lakers get Dwight Howard, they wouldn't be better than the Heat. And probably would not be better than the Thunder. The Lakers still would not be able to guard Westbrook (Nash certainly can't) or Durant.

Agreed, but not many people can stop Westbrook.
Nash will certainly bring more offense to the Lakers than Sessions was bringing last year and Howard is better than Bynum on both ends of the court so it would be a much closer series.

The Lakers would have Nash/Kobe/Gasol/Howard? That's not better than the Heat?

Well considering I don't view Dwight Howard as considerably much of an upgrade over Bynum, no, they aren't better than the Heat. Not after the signings the Heat have made over the last week.

Hmmm, I'm not one to think Ray Allen will provide significant upgrades. I'd rather have Wade/Lebron/Battier on the court at the same time.
I don't know who else you signed other than Lewis, whom I really don't think will do much of anything.
By the way, Im not saying the Lakers would be better, just the way you responded made it seem like that quartet of Lakers had no chance. I think the Lakers have narrowed the gap with both the Thunder and Heat if Howard trade goes through. They could very well be better than the Thunder, the team certainly can't be any more dysfunctional than what they were last season.

Oh I'm not saying the Lakers aren't better with Dwight Howard and Nash, they most certainly will be. But I still don't think they are better than the Thunder or Heat. The Lakers will still have no answer especially for Westbrook, and to a lesser degree, Durant. The Thunder also have the bigs to deal with Gasol/Howard in Ibaka/Perkins.

Miami didn't sign anyone that will have a significant effect on the team next year.
