Let's not overlook Tony Elliott. He was there for the entire peak run at Clemson and left the same year as BV. He has UVA looking really good too and in the same conference as Dabo and made the ACC CG last year and looked really damn good week 1.

When he was named HC, I expressed doubt at the choice on a now defunct forum. Several Clemson alumni corrected me. What sold their PTB on him was the way he interacted with players on the sideline and how well they responded to him.
Did he change or did the next generation of players change in the way they respond or don't respond to coaches?
