It’s a joke about lyrics from the country singer Sammy Kershaw. The actual pitcher grew up in a very nice area so I doubt anyone in his family lives in a trailer.

We’re watching the game tonight. Sad to see him go, but it’s definitely for him to retire. Such a great pitcher and a really good guy.
Hoping they use him in the bullpen in the post season. Our bullpen is sucking halls right now.
