That used to not bother me as much, but now it kind of sticks with me a little bit. I try to watch out for myself and other drivers as much as possible, but damn those close calls. Feel a bit of dread when it seems law of averages will catch up... Thoughts to Berman and family.

I would agree with that. I was hit by an elderly driver that apparently didn't see a stop sign when they tore up my ride some years ago. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt.

Man that fricking sucks. Retire in January after 3 decades of work to spend the rest of your days with the one you love. Then she dies 4 months later.

On the other side. He retired and for the last 4 months he got to spend everyday with his wife.

According to local reports, the 2003 Lexus of Berman, 67, apparently rear-ended Bertulis’s Ford Escape, left the road, and overturned in a small body of water. Bertulis’s car struck a utility pole; Bertulis died at nearby Waterbury Hospital.

Chris' wife rear ended another car. Prayers for the Bertulis family-who's not quite as famous as the Berman family

I don't think anyone endorses what he said.

The number of posts marked unreadable suggest otherwise.

Tragic stuff, man. I lost my little brother 7 weeks ago and my wife is the only thing holding me together right now. Couldn't even imagine. God bless Boomer.

I didn't read what was said in those posts. Pretty sad there always has to be someone that has to make light of an unfortunate situation like this.
