Be pretty dumb to go against my picks on page 1 of this thread.
Chicago in 5
Anaheim in 7
Vancouver in 7
St Louis in 6
Pittsburgh in 5
Ottawa in 7
Washington in 6
Boston in 6
You're 3-3 so far, including the two 1-8 series. I mean, you're doing the same as a coin flip. Maybe a little worse if you consider that the 1-8 series are usually the easiest to pick. Did anyone pick the Isles or Wild?

You mean when the Leafs fan said I missed all 3 picks yesterday like Peej?
When I picked the Rangers to force Game 7?

Yeah, not too shabby.
I think I read that less than 20% of online picks had Anaheim losing, and most of those were Wings fans I'm sure.
No one had Couver getting swept.
But then again Baloo, I don't see your picks anywhere? So if you don't make picks you shouldn't comment on others ya know?

damn, so tonight should be good, who is home?

I can't wait until the Caps knock the Rangers out. The fans on hfboards have been insufferable.
Are you new to HF? Damn near every fan base is insufferable on HF. It's been like 5 years since I posted regularly about hockey on there due to the high volume of morons and Nazi moderators.

And I don't mind green retaliating last night. The Rangers have always made it a point to try and injure him, and tthey've succeeded. Twice. Dorsett is a bitch and deserved it.
That wasn't even a slewfoot by Dorsett. Dorsett was going hard in the corner for the puck and got off balance. On a textbook slewfoot, the player on the receiving end of it is knocked right on his arse. Dorsett was the only one that fell to the ice.

he would have been if the boards were not right there just watch the replay, green is lucky he didn't break his ankle or leg.
this shite is nothing new b/w these two teams esp when you meet so many times in the playoffs the last few years. I forgot about this gem

Caps at home. Should be a good game. From the walking wounded file, Brooks Laich is rumored to be making his playoff debut tonight. He's been out for two months with a "lower body injury". Laich is the Caps' locker room leader, but I don't want him back unless he can play.

nice... game 6 for the penguins was crazy... my cousin is from the berg and he went nuts at my place when they scored in OT
Posted on 5/13/13 at 3:47 pm to Wooly
Yeah, I hate the Pens, but I also have a lifetime of hating the Isles. I was rooting for a meteor to no avail. Still, nothing like an OT goal to advance.

I don't hate the Isles, but I feel like I'll hate them a lot more when they move to Barclays, especially if they change their colors which sounds likely.
Sounds like the Islanders are going to get a complete makeover and frick that.

However, Barclays Center CEO Brett Yormark is leaning toward a recommendation that the team, which has the worst attendance in the National Hockey League, undergo a complete rebranding, the source said.

A brief look at the Caps' dismal history in Game 7. 3-8 all time in loser-goes-home games:

Since God hates me, Bruins and Rangers win. I've pretty much gotten used to the worst case scenario always happening in sports.
OK. Time to go off the grid for the game. Rock the Red.
