True, but they have a solid following outside the state. The year before the Stars arrived in Dallas I went to an exhibition game in Dallas between the Blues and the Islanders. It drew 5k fans (which is good for an exhibition game without a home team) and most of them were Blues fans.

I've watched so much hockey this week. This is seriously better than bowl week for me and my team didn't even make the playoffs.
