McCarthy is done if Rodgers goes down.
His system is QB heavy.
For all the criticism that Tomlin gets, McCarthy should be right there with him, if not moreso.

Yep. I've never rated McCarthy as a coach. One of the best QB's ever will never achieve as much as he should because of his shitty head coach/coaches
