They have gone overboard with intentional grounding. If you get hit and it affects the throw, that shouldn’t be a penalty.

Is Matt Austin seriously mentally disabled? Now he’s saying that they didn’t change the call on the throw behind the line of scrimmage. The officials moved the ball back with the penalty yardage, Houston lined up, and they stopped the game to go to review.
