Tulane is mercy kneeing USF at the 1 yard line. Tulane's offense blew them off the field today. The Blazers looking nothing like the team that held tough w/Bama for 3 1/2 quarters.

They were the same last year. Pretty average but inexplicably hang around with Bama.
