With the majority of the bets coming in on Navy, the line is supposed to go down. However even with the majority of bets on Navy, the line is still going up. Essentially that means smart money is on ND

Yea they are. Iowa is a bi=polar team though. They can be good, but they can be terrible. Minny at a good double digit number at home
