It's a "public" book - by that I mean, they are slow to post odds on games or events. They are a "follower" book - don't want any big or sharp players.

They will limit a player quickly if they believe they are winning too much.

i have won my last 5 parlays with them the last 2 weekends. and tonight they wouldn't let me parlay the boise and Iowa state games....finally right before kickoff they let me parlay boise -21 and iowa state +4 and i won

could this be what you mean??

Yes, this is one of many instances I have heard or experienced.

If I were you, I would look elsewhere to play.

yeah i know, im never this lucky. they haven't been huge parlays, just like 3 or 4 picks for each one, sometimes only 2 but ill bet bigger on those.

i put 20 in last weekend and parlayed auburn +6 over miss. state, TCU -1 vs air force, bama - 11.5 vs penn state and georgia + 3 over south carolina, i only won like 140 bc georgia pushed but now im up to 372 thanks to LSU covering the spread and the under last night and boise and iowa state covering and then i had a 3 team parlay win for me on monday night with the patriots-dolphins and raiders-broncos and a 2 pick parlay win for me with the cowboys-jets game last sunday night

I would be very careful about betting Houston. I have been very intrigued by LaTech, and the way the line has moved has only made me feel that if I bet the game, it will be Tech.
And for those saying they are booty might not have watched the games closely. Against USM they went to the end. Their QB is very young, but can move the ball all over the place. Their HB is a 4 star transfer from Tenn. Dykes' system is a west coast short pass offense that is very capable of putting up points. Relative to LSU, yes LaTech is garbage. Relative to Houston, they are not. I expect them to keep it within 14, but 7/6.5 is a tough call. I will probably drop 20 on tech but that is just to make the game exciting more than anything.
