All I hear is that he is "lost" on the floor, but it seems like when he is out there he makes stuff happen (as opposed to Mo Pete who makes nothing happen and is basically left unguarded on offense by opposing teams).

JuJu plays high energy defense and gets RBs. Mo Pete plays good fundamental Def (just means people continually make shots in front of him bc he is not athletic enough to contest shots) and is a poor shooter who gets the occasional lay-up bc teams forget he is left handed...

well I'm supposed to have class, but I'm sick so I doubt I go to school. But if I'm not feeling any better I'm not going to the game either.

I'm not sure it is possible to suck more than Mo Pete... Opposing teams are not concerned with Mo at all. His man continually helps on other guys which lead to numerous wide open jumpers than he rarely converts (sure he will get hot from time to time).

Agree that Mo Pete gives you basically nothing, but you can at least trust him not to do ridculously stupid things with the ball. NBA is all about trusting the players to play their role. The coaches rightfully have no trust in JuJu. So he is what he is...an energy guy off the bench, and someone who can give you some good stretches with the right matchup.

Yeah...I never thought about that being you the guy I met until you said you went the other day. And it clicked. That game was so much fun.

I wanted to punch every UConn fan in the throat who gave me the "man yall are such a great team. It really feels like a loss to us" line.

Exactly what I am getting at. No way Mo should be getting the minutes he is getting right now... MT should start and JuJu should see MoPete's mins.

We had a guy 2 sections across from us...we had a gaeux tigers chant going between us and people thought we were idiots. That was TT's coming out party. They were talkign all kinds of shite to us before the game though "long way to come to lose by 20"

He always seemed raw to me, surprised he hasn't developed a lot. He has tons of athleticism which has probably been his saving grace

I liked his energy on defense and his length always seems to create problems for the opponent. Good defense leads to easy transition baskets like we saw last night during their good runs against Cleveland, and JuJu is already very good in transition as long as he isn't the one running the break. Still very ineffective in the half court game, though.

Either way, I feel he deserves more minutes not only because of his energy and the transition opportunities he helps create, but also the fact that he could develop to where he could be a future solid piece of this team, whereas MoPete will only continue to decline. Might as well give someone with a chance at being in your future a chance to show what he has with LEGITIMATE game experience.
