I wouldn't say robbed. The count lasted over 10 seconds, but Buster was up before the ref got to 10 and fighters are going to pay attention to the actual count by the ref when they can to get as much time to recover as possible often times.

Wasn't Teddy Atlas still with Tyson for this fight?

tyson grabbed a 12 year olds arse that was a relative of his. he then put a pistol to tysons head and told him if he ever fricked with his family again he would kill him and then shot the pistol next to his head. after that, he was let go by cus

Sad, Tysons corner was a complete joke that night. Absolutely awful. Humpty dumpty fell off the wall that night, and never got put back together. He's my generations Ali.

Sucks really.

Tyson lost Atlas, Cus, and then Rooney all in a pretty short window if I am not mistaken. When those three were guiding him, IMO he was the best Heavyweight boxer that ever got in the ring. To me the most underrated part of his game was his defense. Yes, he hit like a truck (probably the biggest uppercut the fight game had seen to that point) but the guy bobbed and weaved when punches were thrown at him like he was a light weight. He really made a lot pro boxers look like they didn't belong in the ring with him for that reason. Seems like Douglas was the first fight where that was completely out the window and his game was to stand there and trade bombs with whoever he was fighting. Yeah it was Iron Mike so he still won a few fights that way, but he was never close to the same level fighter.

ETA: I do want to mention that even though I do believe that Tyson was the best ever for a short window, IMO he isn't even a top 5 HW all time (maybe not even top 10) because he did it for such a short time. It is his own fault he didn't have a much longer peak.
