That's the G-League. Which is glorified AAU basketball. The literally play no defense in the NBA.

According to dunk stats, he has registered zero dunks in the NBA. Like we say, maybe he's just waiting to display his ability verses NBA players.

This has got to be it. The only logical explanation, based on what they say.

I guess it’s similar to when football teams go vanilla in spring practice. They don’t want show what they can do and let others get film on it. So he’s waiting to bust out his best moves on the big stage.

And this is a great point. LeBron vowed to play for whatever team drafted Bronny. From his own mouth he said he'd play for whoever drafted him.

Any team in the NBA would love to have LeBron and the money he would make them. Sold out games, millions and millions in jersey sales.

Every team in the NBA had the opportunity to have that if they drafted Bronny. That still wasn't good enough incentive for any team other team to draft him other than the one his dad played on.

But he sold 50 million jerseys solely because of his play. Why can’t anyone see that?

Nope, this was no longer the case by the time the draft came around.

So your take is that Woj time traveled and didn't actually post this video a month before the draft? If you actually followed sports as much as you bullshite about them you would have known this was the case.

I'll start by saying this. LeBron is a great dad. No arguments there. I think it's very lame, not a nepotism fan, but I get why he used his leverage for his son. But LeBron had to change his tone by draft time to make his son look better. Hell the article is still basically confirming only the Lakers were going to draft him...

quote:

The Lakers want to retain LeBron’s services this summer and if that means drafting Bronny — likely not with the No. 17 pick but maybe in the second round — and bringing him in, Los Angeles would reportedly be open to it.

So the Lakers will draft him so they can keep Lebron.

quote:

"Rich Paul's goal here in the pre-draft process for Bronny James is to see if there's the right developmental system or organization, a place that can take a young player like Bronny James, who went five months without playing after his heart episode certainly limited him in his season at USC. If he does go in the draft, he very likely would spend next year in the G League," Wojnarowski said.

So we'll give Bronny the benefit of the doubt and say that he told any other team can draft him if they want to, he doesn't have to play for his dad. Buuuuuut no other team wanted him, so he was drafted by the only team that would, so they could retain his dad.

? I never said Bronny was good. I said he's a good athlete and he's young so he still has time to become a role player in the NBA.

Me saying he is great is something that only exists in your head because you don't know how to make non-Stephen A Smith takes.

Thanks for agreeing with us on that point. We can move on.

What percentage breakdown do you think was the reason for him being drafted between his actual basketball skills and being lebron james son?

He wouldn't exist if he wasn't Lebron James' son....

What percentage of your posts here would you have made if your dad didn't shoot you into your mom years ago?

What a dumb response to avoid the question lol

Care to actually answer it or run from it again? You’re approaching TX Tiger levels of running from questions loll

Do I really have to explain it to you? It isn't running from the question at all.

You can't separate Lebrons genes from Bronny. Teams draft on upside.

Knowing Bronny has Lebrons genes is part of the package because Lebron is one of the biggest athletic freaks in human history. NFL teams were willing to give Lebron a chance to play Tight End without even playing college football.

What kind of response to a perfectly legit question is this Come on 420, even for you that is bad.

"Why was Cooper Flagg drafted #1?"

"Because he was born."

What percentage do you think nepotism played and what percentage actual basketball talent? Pretty standard question relative to the debate.

No it isn't. Look at Shaquille O'neal's son. He put up worse stats than Bronny and still had multiple chances from NBA teams. Teams draft on potential as much as basketball skill.

He played like 1 season in the G League and was signed and waived by the Kings on the same day
