They don't need all those WRs. Keep Demarious and Julius Thomas and fill the other spots with whoever. Doesn't really matter when you have Peyton, and same with Brady

Yep. That's why I was impressed with what the Pats did this year. They played above their heads with inferior talent and key injuries.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, their season was effectively over when Gronkowski went down; however, this has been my favorite season in years. An obviously critically injured Patriots team managed to drag themselves to an AFC Championship birth, with players dropping like flies all over the place. I'm proud to be a Patriots fan, and very much enjoyed the season.

I don't think that he was trying to connect on that. Receiver was blanketed in double coverage. Throw it long where no one will get it.
