CFB preseason rankings are so silly. We have seen nothing of these teams, yet pollsters know enough to sort them in some kind of order. The worst part is that these preseason polls can have an effect on final rankings.
Make no mistake, no team has earned a ranking spot. Not LSU, not Bama, and certainly not USC.

My comment was about preseason polls. For an example of their validity look at 2004 & 2011 Auburn. Preseason perception screwed Auburn in 2004.

I just went over to the USC board. Two huge threads on the first page on SEC/LSU....interesting. Glad to see the obsession is still going on over there in Cali.

That was on their USC page, not their off-topic page. I dont see any USC threads on the rant right now. Also, the number of users/posts on Tiger Droppings blows that website out of the water. Lastly, in terms of irony, isn't it ironic you live on an LSU site? Who is obsessed with who?

WHich USC site are you talking about?
I live in BRLA. Post here, USC and Saints sites. And yes, this site does blow most out of the water which I why I visit. Historically, the Rant was filled with USC posts. It was not until the admins started cracking down that they were posted here.
