I don't know really who these two guys are, but that fight wasn't bad for some non-boxer Youtubers.

It wasn't the slap fight I expected where they were both gassed after 1 round. KSI was wild but several of his misses would have floored Paul, Paul fought a lot of the fight with his hands down but never really paid for it. If Paul hadn't held his head and hit him after the knockdown he would have almost surely won. He may have watched a little too much MMA.

I have no idea what a ref in these "celebrity" fights has on their mind but I imagine he wanted to more than just offset the knockdown which counted because it was before the foul. IIRC Paul got off two shots while KSI was down and one was holding the back of his head with his off-hand. That is pretty egregious in "real" boxing terms.
