Oh well in his defense the NFL seemed more even and more special due to only having 3 games a week on now we get 5
So it covered up the bad play I guess. Plus less teams but the NFL today is more athletic and harder to play

I’d also say the “Super Teams” of the 70’s-80’s were likable
To me and just my opinion nobody likes the Pats but Boston folks. That has made the NFL somewhat a bore as people are tired of the Patriots.
