Wasn't it also at Boise where Peterson didn't go to a recruit's funeral or send flowers because they were afraid the NCAA would label it as an improper recruiting advantage?
And the NCAA turns a blind eye to Cam and drags their feet on OSU?

I agree, but their self imposed sanctions are 3 less scholarships and 3 less pad days. Not really a death penalty. I guess they don't think this will be very serious and I would agree.
