All I'll say on this matter is that LSU would be undefeated with Boise's schedule, and Boise would have a minimum of two losses with LSU's schedule.

Does anyone disagree with this opinion?

boise has not lost a game going on 3 straight seasons now. if they werent a very good team they would have slipped up by now.

1. I'm not sure LSU would have beat Va Tech in week 1. LSU was playing some bad football to start the season. They would have won the rest of the games easily.

2. I think LSU wins games with their defense. I think Boise's defense is almost as good as LSU's. There is no comparison between Boise's offense and LSU's. Boise looks like a well-oiled NFL team and LSU looks like a junior high team.

3. That being said, I think Boise would have a good chance of beating Auburn, because LSU just needed a little offense to do it and fell a little short.

Damn, that dude must be great. Kellen has only thrown 8 in his last 23 games!

Well he leads the nation in interceptions. So, he is GREAT at taking the ball away, and those floaters Moore was throwing last night look awfully appetizing to a ball hawk.

So was Va tech....James madison come on.....and yes our offense was playing bad football but our defense has only had one BAD half vs UNC when we took our foot off the gas (yes we gave up a lot of yards to auburn but who didnt+we held their scoring down)

You serious clark? The speed and atheletes that LSU has especially on the d line and secondary are ridicuoulous. Boise aint close to having a nevis or peterson. The difference in secondaries alone between LSU and boises competition would be enough for LSU to win. Kellens floaters would get run back.

NO way in hell boise could stop Cam. The only team that can is the FBI.

I would enjoy watching that game. Chris Peterson is an offensive genius and Nick Saban is a defensive genius. It would be fun to see them battle it out.

I dont think you are giving boise's defense enough credit. they are a very solid group. you never see them make mental mistakes and they are always in position to make the play. Ive watched almost every game and feel safe in saying they are one of the best in the country. the rush defense is just dominant. I dont think a team has avg over 4 ypc against them this year.

VT was terrible at the beginning of the season. TERRIBLE.

LSU would probably run for 300 yards a game against Boise's schedule. We are 9-1 without any passing game in the SEC, so it's pretty safe to say we'd be 10-0 in the WAC. Defenses are equal? Rofl rofl rofl. VT scored 30 points on them, the same VT team that scored 16 against FCS James Madison the next week. Additionally, VT has only scored more points against FBS AQ teams 3 times this season against: 3-7 Duke, 2-8 Wake Forest, and 7-3 NCST. LSU's defense is bigger, stronger, faster, and more battle-tested. They are two completely different levels of defense.

LSU's defense and special teams kept them in the game. Boise is an offensive team. Their defense is rated highly because they play scrubs, but make no mistake, Auburn would POUND the ball down their throat. Do you really think Boise could beat Auburn in a shootout?

I don't think it would be a shootout. I think it would be 28-24 either way.

PLEASE OH GOD PLEASE tell me you are joking..because if you arent, you are the dumbest motherfricker on the planet.
1.your first point maybe right..maybe..although lsu did beat UNC..so they might've beaten them by the same score.
2.this might be the most delusional point i have EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE..ok, la tech's AVERAGE running back gained 150 plus yards against that "well-oiled NFL machine." to even think that boise's defense is even close to lsu is laughable.
3.How the frick is boise gonna even SLOW DOWN auburn?? please oh please explain this one to me. AUBURN would have a FIELD DAY against that well oiled machine. cam would make everyone his bitches, and not to mention what kind of yards McCaleeb, and Dyar would have against them. I would take the over in 600 yards of total offense against them. My god dude, you really need to post less and GTFO

Yeah, because playing in the WAC wears down a team to the same extent as the SEC.

Agree. I think LSU should probably drop to about 6 or 7 after today. TCU dropped when they eeked out a win over an unranked team, so the same rules should apply across the board. Of course they won't though.

Actually, the WAC has better offenses than the SEC. SEC is a defense league.

ETA: After further review of NCAA stats... Auburn and Arkansas are pretty salty on offense.

So you think the SEC has worse offenses than the WAC, but you admit that the SEC is a defensive league. Do you see any possible correlation between those two statements?
