'm talking about skin color = you like x, x & x like people say black people like chicken, watermelon and fruit punch

this is an american black stereotype, yes?
how is that different than a white english stereotype?

nobody is assuming Ethiopians are eating watermelon and kfc. certainly nobody that has ever step foot into an ethiopian restaurant.

because watermelon, KFC and fruit punch do not apply to americans...just black ones

fish and chips applies to the english...all of the english

burritos, beans and tacos to mexicans...all of mexico

I just think it's curious and kinda funny. And it is such a well known stereotype. I dated an italian girl that asked me if it is true black people liked chicken...i didn't ask her if a particular subset of italy eats such and such

Ummmm, those things are all delicious. Maybe it's time to melt the pot and just call that an American Stereotype

There is a book that is called "Unusually Stupid Americans."

There should be a book that is titled "Unusually Stupid Canadians."

I've learned throughout the years that white people like mustard and black/brown people like ketchup/mayo. it's a scientific thing....

I always though growing up that white people drank milk with "supper" and enjoyed meatloaf more than others. I hate jumping to conclusions with race matters. I just assumed the fan was trying to cause him to slip.

I'm pretty sure he said it more as a trying to shrug it off/avoid the subject quote. Esepcially based on the rest of the quotes he said.
