How about The Comeback? The Comeback was a National Football League game held on January 3, 1993, as part of 1992–93 NFL playoffs. The Buffalo Bills overcame a 35–3 deficit to defeat the visiting Houston Oilers 41–38 in overtime and set the then-record for largest comeback in NFL history.
What caused the comeback?
Dallas beat San Fran earlier. The NFL COULD NOT, SHALL NOT, WOULD NOT have two teams from Texas in the Super Bowl. The Houston Oilers laid down.
Dallas destroyed Buffalo in the Super Bowl.
