Fell flat backwards and arms went stiff upwards like a head injury. That’s bad but better than a heart issue

I had a childhood friend of mine lose a cousin while they were throwing a baseball back and forth and the cousin got hit by a line drive straight to the chest. Heart stopped and that was it. Scary stuff. Hope it’s not the same case here.
