It depends on your definition of "douche", but I think Brett Farve wins hands down for his actions over the last 3-4 years. The others in order are Big Ben, Romo, Rivers, and Cutler. Leinart and Brady Quinn would both be high on that list if they were actual starters.

You can't justify voting anyone above Rivers, but Cutler is certainly a close second. Big Ben gets points for seeming like he's probably a nice guy, other than when he's snatching yo people up.

Phillip Rivers is pretty much just a douche to people on other teams. He just seems to be very competitive. He has a wife and kids and doesn't even cuss. He does seem to hate Jay Cutler.
Jay Cutler gets a bad rap since he just kind of acts like he doesn't give a shite but guys in his locker room all like him. It is just kind of his personality to not get all riled up at every little thing and it comes off as arrogant.
Ben Roethlisberger by all accounts is a great teammate and a good dude.......when he isn't out molesting chicks.
Tony Romo would be my number 1 douche in the NFL. Like Scott Van Pelt said, he is the guy that you see in a nice chain steakhouse like Ruth's Chris with a hat on backwards.
