Putting us in there over some of the ones you left out is wrong. We're top 20, probably higher once we finish upgrading facilities but there are some pretty big ones you left out in that original list that were mentioned in the thread

Besides, most of the recruits don't like A&M

Most of the recruits are black, and basically blacks don't care for a school as backwards as A&M

This comment shows how little you know about Texas and you are just making assumptions based on your own dislike. Texas was basically a non factor with inner city blacks before Mack Brown arrived. Its why UH was able to do so well as soon as they joined the old SWC. Next it wasn't an issue in the 90's and while A&M did not do well in bowls or come close to an MNC, they did crank out a good # of players to the NFL, most of which were black.

Then again, places like Tuscoloosa, Gainesville and Norman have long been know for progressive attidtudes towards african americans, so I can see that hurting CS

Yes, but you forget about poaching schools like LSU, Arky, and Oklahoma who cut into A&M's recruits all the time. Add to the fact that A&M has absolutely ZERO appeal to the rest of the country, you have less recruits looking at your school than it seems

No, i didn't forget, those are the one's more easily swayed. When A&M was good in the 90's, they outrecruited Texas in state and did get a couple of guys from other states, mostly La, where they currently have at least 3 2013 committs.

You are again applying your own dislike toward's A&M to other kids. You don't know what they will like or be swayed by.
