Raul has to be on roids with the way he has produced at such an old age. Even though they brought in the fences at Safeco, it's still not easy to homer there. Morse has also been a nice surprise. Montero is going to be suspended for 100 games so it looks like the trade was a wash for both teams. The bum they got from Texas for Cliff Lee also sucks.

Can't say NY came out better. Is Pineda still injured btw? At least they have more power this year (Bay 8 hr, Morales 8 hr, Seager 8 hr, Ibanez/Morse over 10 hr). That is so much better than recent years. How much longer until they bring up the stud pitcher they drafted at #2 a few years ago?

I don't think he would have if it was still tied, but I bet he does to keep the lead. He's thrown 44 pitches and has apparently warmed up in the bullpen 4 times.

What? Pineda should be back in about a month. He is already throwing 93-94. Still a little too early to judge that trade.
