Reminds me of the NCAA first round game vs UT a few years ago.

Yup. I don't want to see Duke, Zona, or Syracuse.
I would think a good amount of teams would like to see Syracuse right now.
Defense has been pretty good, but they've looked awful on offense since losing to Duke in the Carrier Dome. The Orange have been averaging just over 58 PPG over their last nine games.
Even if an opposing team is struggling from the floor against 'Cuse in the tournament, they'll still be in striking distance if 'Cuse continues to play this poorly offensively.
You also have to monitor Jerami Grant extremely close at this point. He injured his back in Durham and was forced to sit the second halves of games against Maryland and UVA. He's listed day-to-day, but back injuries are tricky.

So entering the last week of the season, who do we think gets a NCAA tourney bid? My picks:
LOCKS:
Michigan
Wisconsin
Michigan State
Iowa
Ohio State
BUBBLE:
Nebraska
Minnesota
Indiana
I think 1 of those three will get the B1G to 6 teams in the NCAA. B1G tourney should be exciting this year!

I kind of wish people wouldnt write article about him. He needs to stay as under the radar as possible.

Good deathmatch in Bloomington. Nice to see Nebraska stick the dagger in Crean's tournament hopes. Crean with another ridic dead fish. Nebraska has to get in with a win over Wisconsin or a couple of B1G tournament wins.

Nebraska knocks off Wisconsin and they got a shot to get in.

I really hope Wisconsin steamrolls Nebraska. Bo will be going for win No. 700 as a college coach.
Nebraska is a good team at home. Wisconsin is just as good on the road. They are as good as anyone from the charity stripe. Badgers win this one from the line.
Petteway will have a rough time. During Wisconsin's recent winning streak, Gasser has played incredibly stingy defense on the likes of Harris, Stauskas, White, Mathieu, and Newbill.
Badgers by 10.

MSU with a good 2nd half, up 15 on iowa.

I like Nebraska in this game. They will be playing for a spot in the NCAA tourney. Plus its senior night and that arena should be rocking. They have been tough as nails in their new building. I'll take the Huskers by 6 in a hard fought game.

Iowa is in a free fall. Their defense has just been non-existent. This team is no where as good as they were at the beginning of the season. Each game they keep getting worse.

It surely will be a loud atmosphere, something that every team in this conference is accustomed to playing in. Don't cut Wisconsin's motivation short, either. They're playing for a one-seed. Gasser has been a lights-out defender for several games now. He was already one of the conference's best defenders prior to his ACL injury and he is starting to pick up where he left off.
Good luck to Nebraska, but I'm not going to sell my boys short! They're one of the country's best.
Of course, though, I can see why one would take Nebraska. Playing well, playing for an NCAA bid, senior night, and have been tough in their new arena. One could argue, however, that these are new waters for Nebraska. I'm interested to see how they play given the circumstances of the game.

Nebraska wins and it really helps Michigans chance at a 2 seed. Would give Michigan 10 wins over top 50 schools.

Yeah, things definitely look good for um. Plusbthe tourney should help. Question: Who is your worst loss? Either way, a 2-3 seed wont be an issue.
