Yeah...just heard it.
I expected to hear their laughing during "the jokes" and you realize while you're not laughing...they are actually not laughing and slowly realizing this is really really in horrible taste.
It's almost like they were surprised how mean and unfunny it was - and tried to force levity at the end.

Station was going down the tubes especially w/out any FM signal and 92.9 that just started and mgt wasn't going to renew any of their contracts this yr anyway. Go ahead, pat yourself on the back if it makes you feel any better.

I am not saying you are because you laughed I'm just wondering how that's funny? I mean I listened and tried to be as objective as possible but it just wasn't funny. If you're going to use shock humor, the least you can do is make it funny.

It only says it's the flagship station of the Falcons, NOT Atlanta.

All Atlanta sports radio is horrible. You've got these morning guys and then you have Buck Belue who is a bigger UGA homer than Finebaum ever dreamed of being a Bama homer. The area's sports radio is almost as bad as the city's reputation as a pro sports town which is embarrassingly bad. The Braves are the only franchise that gets decent support and that's because they've long been the baseball team of choice in the Southeast region. Atlanta is a horrible sports town both with its teams, its "fans", and its sports radio.
