Solid pitching lineup.

Pache’s first start.

LFG.

Interesting move by Snit to move the dead weight to 6-7-8 instead of 7-8-9.

I’d hit him 1st instead of 9th, so he’s protected by Dansby and Freddie. Obviously he will be after the 1st time the lineup rolls over, but leading off at least guarantees him 1 AB with no outs and those guys behind him. Oh well.

"Hey you! Ever hit major league pitching before? No? Ok, cool. You're going to lead the game off against one of the better pitchers in all of baseball."

This is a manager who sold his soul to get Markakis to opt back in so that he could hit him cleanup

Well frick. Two great pitches in on their hands and it’s 1st and 3rd with 1 out.

Phillies really stung the ball on those three hits.

Riley’s a big ol boy, so it was gonna be really hard to stop his momentum and adjust, but he had no chance getting that dude at 1st. Oh well, bad luck for Max, but it’s only 1 run, and he appears to have brought his stuff tonight.

Riley has looked a lot better the past few nights. Great AB.

Both Camargo and Riley have had ridiculous catches against them.

Another one. Long night if Nola gets those calls and Max keeps getting squeezed.
