I agree, but to me you're kind of just betting that an older guy who has broken down in the past is probably going to again at some point.
I think at this point you just take the swing on him not breaking down though, because its not like they are going to spend for a pitcher that can give us anything like what Sale has since he has been here.

He has had Tommy John in the past, but his other injuries were really weird stuff (line drive off the finger, falling off a bike, etc...) and not arm related stuff.
He seems like a really smart guy who knows exactly how hard he can push himself.
