Aaron Nola going for Philly today. He's had a pretty rough season but always seems to dominate the Braves when they play up there.

I feel like we've been tagging him pretty good lately.

Pulled this from Statmuse.

quote:

Aaron Nola has a record of 11-3 with an ERA of 2.89 and 112 strikeouts in 16 appearances versus the Braves at home in his career.

quote:

Aaron Nola is 4-7 with an ERA of 4.26 and 78 strikeouts in 15 appearances against the Braves on the road in his career.

There's definitely a huge home/road split.

Elder and Nola just threw a combined 13 pitches in the first inning. Wow.

That was a slick DP turned by Riley and the middle infield battery.

Phillies wearing their late 70's-mid 80's throwbacks.

That was a great AB.

Get Nola's pitch count up and get him out early.

Eder holding his own. Need the offense to get going. Don’t want to waste this kind of performance from our starting pitching.

As usual, this team cannot touch Nola in Philadelphia. It is a weird pattern.

I'd let him come back and at least start the 8th.

He has been a fricking revelation!

I'm not sure if I want Schwarber and Turner to see him a fourth time in a 0-0 game.

Trea Turner probably just won the game for the Phils. Those 2 plays will be hard to overcome

I'd laugh pretty hard if Pache hit a homer here.
