Jesus Christ, dude. We get it, you hate Donaldson for some reason even though that signing CLEARLY made this a better team by allowing Camargo to slide into the super utility role. Every team needs one or two of those guys.

It shouldn't be an either/or situation. There is no reason for the payroll numbers to be as low as they are.

I don't hate him. Wish him well. Just saying he wasn't necessary. We have/had bigger issues to address.

Financial Flexibility is clearly a better relief option

This is why I've said this team will be around .500 this year. I hope I'm wrong, but the offense is more than good enough to win this division and to not address the obvious weaknesses while everyone else got better is ridiculous.

The worst thing is all of the bullpen has regressed outside of Luke Jackson. We have a top 5 farm system and didn’t try to trade any of it to improve this team. Austin Riley is stuck in AAA and can only hurt his trade value by being there. If we didn’t think he was ready for the bigs why didn’t we trade him?Kyle Wright hurt his trade value by being hit around in a few big league starts. This team is a few roster spots being upgraded from being a World Series team but this front office didn’t do shite to upgrade this team.

They would be better off piggybacking 5 and 3 every game with Folty/Wilson/Soroka/Wright etc. than throwing Carle, Sobotka, etc. out there.

I understand AA was afraid to trade the wrong prospects only having been here a year but there were a lot of serviceable relievers out there on the market to be had.

There are SEC teams with better pens than what we have.

If we don't sign Kimbrel by the end of the week, I'm going to post my frustration continually online

I've said it before but I think he's scarred from the Syndergaard for RA Dickey trade he made when he was in Toronto

And Liberty Media/McGuirk will still be pleased that the Battery is printing money.

This lineup +

Folty
Fried
Gausman
Touki
Soroka (or insert prospect here)

Is good enough to make noise BUT they will give away 10-15 games easily with this bullpen.

So dumb, and so fixable.
