I hope our 1st half all-star sees Harper's staredowns in his sleep sine he didn't have the guts to look at him when he did it.

Again, people hated when I brought this up towards the end of the regular season, but they outhomered us in August and I think had a combined more homers than us for the final two months of the season.
Everyone was looking at the Phillies 2023 offensive stats as a whole and thinking we'd definitely outslug them, but the only stats that matter as it pertains to this matchup are the time period after Harper came back from injury and Turner got his head out of his arse. Since then, they've been just as potent at the plate as us... and look at the two players who have killed us the most this series, Harper and Turner.
Doesn't help that every single one of our bats went ice cold for the first time this year too.

This....everyone of our guys have had multiple slumps this year.... .seldom more than 2 at a time. Right now they are all in a valley.

Of course Joe did that. So now we can't even beat them in the triggered broadcaster department.
That was like the one thing we still had over them when their broadcast got all mad about the Ozuna "hand play"
